  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth (plus more as needed)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions
