  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, cut provolone cheese into circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. Once meatballs are done, place cheese circles on top of each and add an olive slice for pupils.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and heat marinara sauce separately.
  9. Combine cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce before serving topped with eyeball meatballs.
