  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (or teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
