  • 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned on both sides (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft (2-3 minutes). Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add pasta to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix until evenly coated in sauce. Heat through (2-3 minutes) before serving.
