  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper; season shrimp with remaining seasoning.
  3. Sear steak in a hot cast iron skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side; let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for about 1-2 minutes until opaque; remove from heat.
  5. Lower heat and add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cheeses until melted.
  6. Combine sauce with cooked fettuccine, then top with sliced steak and shrimp.
