  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese (for sauce)
  • 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese (for melting over chicken)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
