  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander

Instructions

  1. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
