  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 sweet red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 3 green onions (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 lime (medium size, freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, lime juice, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Add chicken breasts and marinate for about 10 minutes.
